With the growth of our  number of clients, to ensure that we are a stable company, on July 22nd 2023, we registered as a private company using the 2007 Company Act of Sri Lanka. This was one of the greatest milestones of Viso Labs. 

With Founder Vinasirajan Viruthshaan, and Cofounders Ajay Prasad Indukuri from Denmark, and Jeyaprabakar were marked as initial shareholders of the company.
