Car Rental Lead Management System

The project was divided into two phases. During the initial phase, our focus was on designing the entire product and developing the frontend. A dedicated team comprising a Business Analyst, Software Project Manager, UI/UX Designer, and Frontend Developer was assigned to this phase, spanning two months.

One notable challenge we encountered was unraveling the intricacies of the financial components, particularly the finance calculator integral to the software. Despite these complexities, our team successfully enhanced the user interface and delivered a sophisticated software solution that met the client’s requirements. Within the initial two months, we completed the interactive design and frontend development using React JS.

Following the successful completion of the frontend phase, we progressed to phase two, where we focused on backend development and software integration. As planned, we completed phase two within three months of work, ensuring seamless integration of the backend components with the software.
